Thursday Thirteen #3
13 ways that my daughter already acts like a teenager
1. She likes to mess with my makeup.
2. She know where all the mirrors are and likes to look at herself in them.
3. She loves our dorm boys and flirts with them.
4. She tells me "No!" when I ask her to do things.
5. She takes my credit cards out of my wallet.
6. She likes to look at the Orlando Bloom poster in the school library.
7. She doodles on anything within reach.
8. She loves to eat pizza.
9. She has to go to the bathroom with anyone who needs to go.
10. She loves to steal her brothers things and run.
11. She likes money: coins, bills, cards, checks, you name it.
12. She loves to play with her clothes and shoes, wanting me to put them on her.
13. She already knows whose clothes she sees in the laundry. ie Daddy's shirt brother's socks, etc.

Oh, those days are great--like a teenager, but without the hormones! She sounds like a sweetheart.
She's got it down. Loved # 6. She has good taste. :)
Oh no, sounds like you are in trouble. But little girls are so sweet and she is beautiful:)
Stunningly beautiful babies!!!
You're in trouble later on with that little sweetie!!
What a darling!
I am so glad I don't have a daughter. LOL Three sons are quite enough.
i've got me one of those too!
LOL! What a cute list! And your kiddos are precious. :)
Happy TT to you! Mine's 13 Poets who Rock my World. :)
My little sister was like that when she was very very young too, not quite sure how the girliness came about as she grew up surrounded by boys, apart from me but I was away at college most of the time, but there you go.
Is she about 2 or 3 ? Then it's normal, they have their first "puberty" that age and to say "no" is a wonderful word. Copying mum is a must, especially with the make up ! Have fun ! The next puberty is not so nice to live with, lol !
well.... i've heard(and read) that the toddler years are like the "first" adolescence.... and i tend to agree. :)
I suggest you ask your hubby to build a tower and lock her in it until she is 40!
They are growing up so fast aren't they. We took a picture of my elder one at Christmas and she looks like she is 15 in it (and of course she is NOT wearing Make-up). She is 10!!!!!
Happy TT.
They do grow up so fast. My seven year old loves to roll her eyes when I ask her to do something. I'd get mad at her except she picked that trait up from me *blush*.
Thanks for stopping by my site!
She sounds a little like my 3yo! Make up all the time, if it isn't mine its one of her sister's make-up. I caught her in my purse yesterday, lol. The big difference is that my dd doesn't like to ever wear clothes, hehe.
Come on by and visit my TT.

To answer a couple questions, she's 18 mo. old, and yes, I'm scared.
you will have your hands full when she gets 18! Good luck
Thank you for visiting Straddling The Line today, I appreciate your comment! I enjoyed browsing your blog and seeing your lovely children - I totally laughed at the rice escapade! Oh MY!!! I can only imagine...
Our little girl loves to steal her big brothers things to. She is also into my makeup and jewelry, and purse...I know the feeling.
Hang in there.
Terrific Thursday Thirteen!
My TT is posted.
Have a wonderful day!
Happy TT'ing!

Yes, she sounds like one and she's so cute :) Thanks for the visit.
Funny, Imagine her when she will really be a teenager!! Might be that she won't have a teenager crisis!!
oh, that is too cute! I was laughing at these. Lord have mercy on your soul my friend. (I have 3 girls, so I will be on my knees too)
great TT list,
