To be covered by cheese.....interesting.
Happy TT!
Wow, I should start using some of those into daily conversation, to sound smart! Or geeky. Great list!
Wow! I think people would look at me insane if I even tried to say some of those words.
And people wonder why each generation develops their own version of slang. Can you imagine if we were still using words like this today?
I am probably more excited that I should be to find a word for "To be covered by cheese." Hmm...
I'm with your previous visitor, learning a word that means "covered with cheese" is very exciting.
I'm sad to report that I've never heard of even one of these words.
My Louisiana Public School upbringing strikes again.
Wow. I'm thinking that my living room being pulveratricious sounds much better than it being dusty. I'll have to remember that. :)
Whoa. I think I'll teach my 4-year old some of these words so it would shock the heck out of my wife.
:)
Have a great weekend.

Holy cow! Those ARE the wierdest words ever! I will have to take note of a few, and use them when I want to feel smart. :)
#5 is a winner with me. Tomorrow I will try and use selcouth in a sentence. Like "Wow, you are quite selcouth!" What a way to amaze your friends and family.:}
I happen to think this information is Floccinaucinihilipilification, lol. I'll never remember any of them. Bummer, I like to sound smarter than everyone else. Especially when I go see my family this weekend, but my brother has a master's degree and is literally a nuclear scientist. Not much chance of me sounding more intelligent than he does.
I love this list! This would be great to use in the game balderdash! I love learning new/big words. Happy TT~
I have come across #13 before, usually in lists like this. Some of the others are wonderful or should I say selcouth. They don’t deserve to fade into obscurity. Bring them into the mainstream!
